Diagnostics
In diagnostics areas huge ammount of data can be collected during your sposess steps.
Some of the information will determine the sample route; others combine prefixed reagents with samples. Collecting all this information without a proper management system can lead to unreliable results or enable incorrect treatments. The LPMS is built to collect all this data and guide users through the process step by step and makes discissions according the configured data sets. This way, data information errors will be terminated, resulting in reliable results for treatment.
Research & Development laboratory
In your Research and Development laboratory you probably collect huge amounts of data to be compared and write data reports. Storing all the research data in separate files may result in loosing data as the file is deleted or not taken in account. In the LPMS all your data is collected in one place and can be found searching for studies, samples, reagents,... In addition you can build and autogenerate your own reports based on your customizable dataset.
Production
In production processes user should be guided through the production step by step, filling in all the information like weight, volume, pieces, etc. which are used on the way. In case of failures in created products, the products must be discarded, the related products must be removed and a risk analyses must be performed and every things must be noted. In addition the items used for production might be ordered using seperate ERP systems or stock systems. The LPMS guides users though the whole production process. During the production all numbers are filled in a controlled way. By connecting the LPMS to a ERP system or stock system the LPMS can check the inventory and create order proposales when required. When automated steps are involved all data will be collected and added to a production order, meaning that finally all your data will come together in one system.
